Manufacturing capabilities

We offer the following:

1. Cutting of steel, aluminum and copper from 0.4mm to 6mm
2. Bending of mild steel from 0.6mm to 16mm using hydraulic presses
3. Bending on NC Bending brake up to 3mm
4. Metal pressing using in house designed and fabrication tooling

Our plant consists of the following :

• Eccentric Presses ranging from 5 ton to 180 ton
• Hydraulic Cushion Press – 150 ton
• Milling machines
• Bench lathes
• Bench drill
• Welding – Arc, MIG and spot welding
• Guillotine up to 6mm thickness
• Hydraulic press brake: NC Control Bending Brake 30 ton, up to 3mm Mild Steel
• Band saw
• Customised Roll Forming Machine
• All our CNC work is outsourced to companies, at extremely preferential cost
